complete nonsense. Saying "that fan doesn't represent us" is a joke considering it's not an isolated incident at all. Last year Knicks fans were chanting FUCK EMBIID in the sixers arena and went up to the Dr. J statue outside and threw a knicks jersey over its face. The whole FUCK TRAE YOUNG thing is another cringefest to the point where even the mayor of NYC has played into it to gain popularity. D Wade walked out of MSG (not as an opposing player, but as part of the broadcast) and a mob of knicks fans were shouting out of pocket shit about one of his kids.
It's not one or two losers doing it, it's large mobs- same as the one that left JR Smith on the pavement. Same as the mob that was trying to rip the sixers jersey off that one fan.
Find me one example of ESPN, TNT, NBC, ABC or whatever outlet calling out Knicks fans for the clown shit they're pulling. That would require them taking the NY dick in their mouth for a second as they gush over how Timothy Chalamet is sitting courtside, or how the league is supposedly so much better now that the Knicks are relevant as they play "GO NEW YORK" on in the background not even pretending not to be biased. Mike Breen the lead national NBA broadcaster is literally also the Knicks broadcaster. Find me one instance of an interviewer asking Brunson "hey what did you think of the fans acting out" or years ago "hey julius randle, did you see how the knicks fans ripped off your poster from the arena and stepped on it" It never happens. But if it were a random ass city like Denver or New Orleans doing it, the same media would jump all over it
Horrid fanbase that deserves nothing but universal resentment
