Ah, okay. Then yeah the clue to find the next member would be to look at characters dreams. If it seems like a self-contained dream that could wrap up in an arc or two, obviously it's not it. So who do we have with big ambitions that don't conflict with the others ambitions (aka having the same) that would require them to sail to reach it?

...Rude. It's a trope of fiction to differentiate your main characters as much as possible. Literally none of the crew have the same first name initial. Other than relations, none of the main Z-fighters except the ones related to each other of DBZ had the same first initial. If you have too many MCs like Naruto you can run into it, but so far it seems to be following the protag formula. But okay dude, suit yourself.
