Not only the first to join, the narrowest clearly implies that Rayleigh was the second strongest after Roger.

What if Loki joins now? He destroy that part, the wings would lose the meaning because a guy joined, who is far stronger than them.

First, Luffy is already a top tier. Zoro will most likely make it as well in Elbaph.
Only one who is doubtful is Sanji but based on your own panel, wings are scaled more or less equally. So, if you are considering "wings mean strength" then dont overlook they are more or less equally placed as portrayal.
So, not only both Zoro and Sanji will forever be wings but wings portrayal (panel you posted) itself places Sanji next to Zoro.
Second, yes each SH grow but the growth rate and trajectory differs so even this argument is flawed.
Chopper isn't growing at the same rate as M3.
Even M3 didn't grow at equal pacing.
Loki is a giant. His age span is around 300 years in comparison to 60-80 of humans. They start stronger due to genetics but grow and peak much slower in terms of human life span. So, you won't see Loki growing at all unless we get a decade of time skip.
I’m just saying he has a case based on buildup of his portrayal. I was skeptikal at first but these infant feats and Harald’s portrayal is cementing it for me. The fact that Oda is still saving up Loki throughout as well. We only saw him chained up the majority of the time lol.

Random thought, how you would you guys rank the SH candidates so far? (Some placements are fucked cause of the many different factors that goes in like number of red flags vs number of green ones. Or lack thereof).

Gaban didnt give Luffy the key until he was sure. Again, the whole narrative surrounded Luffy freeing Loki is because of Luffy sensing he's a good person and can deal with him.

Except for yamato and bonney and now Loki, hardly anyone ever had a decent case to be considered as nakama. Narrative was clear for the rest

1) Yamato -introduced near end arc, and given invite like vivi. luffy rejected her first. so don't see her join.
2) Loki elbaf just started, early invite looks positive.
3) Bonney -vega punk entrusted luffy to take care of bonney, possible she stays with luffy or remains on elbaf with lilith to repair her father.
4) Carrot-forced her way, then left to be the queen.

That's why I said earlier, past precedents don't mean anything because majority of the arguments for different characters stemmed from fans made wishful thinking and lacked narrative depth.
