I'm bringing the Stussy train back. Despite death flags, there's no way she actually dies here. She still has unrevealed devil fruit powers, an unexplored relationship with Vegapunk who she doesn't know is dead, and an unknown backstory as a clone growing up in MADS. She's also very closely connected with Ms Bakkin and Weavil who are still being saved for a future arc, and she's the only logical choice to inherit Vegapunk's will and dream to find the eternal energy source to achieve world peace. It makes much more sense for Lucci to stay behind instead if he turns against the gorosei for not sparing Kaku. I'm still of the mindset that egghead is the last call for new nakama, but there's still a very small chance she could be a Robin situation and join before her main story.
Better not get too excited. Next chapter is probably going to be the start of a 25 chapter-long flashback arc about Joy Boy getting wanked off harder than Oden.
Until that passes, then we can probably start hoping about who survives Egghead and joins. Personally though, I'm starting to doubt anyone will join.

Lucci is going to defect and will hold off Kizaru.
This would be my guess... . I wonder how much he will reveal, considering Robin wants to find out about it - as it is her dream.
I agree, we probably won't get one. Just on the basis that when a flashback is shown it's usually showing a character's actual dialogue retelling the story. Vegapunk's knowledge is only fragmental so he's just going to lay the groundwork
What Oda will do is give us enough info so that we're within 2 reveals of knowing the full void century - I expect we learn more on Elbaf and get the full shabang when the One Piece is found in JoyBoy's story on Laughtale.

Oda has not really made true on his promise in his festa-letter for 2024 of the surprising fight of "that person against that person". So, he still needs to deliver this. And this fight is only surprising, if at least one of the participants wasn't anticipated to partake in it.
And this is the case with Lucci - many people write him already off, while he still can move and have an impact on the plot.
Besides, since his request of sparing Kaku was denied, some people are already considering him wrecking heavoc somehow or changing sides. Therefore in the chapter 1111, Oda already hinted at where he wants to go with the character. And since Kizaru mirrors Lucci's problem (chosing between family/friends or mission - Lucci's brothers are Shaka and Kaku) quite well, the admiral is the only other character, who can act as Lucci's counterpart - meaning: We will see at least a clash between those two.
