Well Oda’s not really above forcing things to happen. The whole situation with Brook joining and Thriller Bark as a whole seemed pretty forced to me. Also Thriller Bark seems pretty out of place in quality especially when compared to masterpiece arcs such as Enies Lobby and Sabody Archipelago which happened right before and after it.

Also I remember hearing somewhere that Oda wasn’t going to add a Logia user to the SHs. I have no evidence or confirmation that Oda ever actually said this but it’s just a rumor I’ve heard around.

I don’t think Kaido’s gonna die since that’s basically what he wants. Oda said Luffy won’t kill his enimies because he’d rather have them live on suffering with their dreams being shattered. I can see “the greatest war” (when Luffy fights against the World Government after Raftel) happening while Kaido is being held up in Impel Down.

Seth. Under the characters circumstances, She "couldn't be introduced until we got the fucking same place in the story. This is how Oda is making her characterization. It's already fairly unique in a way.
The fuck else do you want? For her to be locked there 20 years but somehow can roam and be a plothole within the story?
