Man only really Vivi makes sense as the rest make non.

they will join all togher at the end of Wano lol. Oda has said in an sbs that all the remaining strawhats after jimbei would have joined all at once (most of these characters have been with strawhat from a long time, just like Jimbei had did before joining)
So there's not much a problem with Yamato, Carrot and Otama joining all at once at the end of the saga (plus, there aren't many women in strahwats and like this the crew will be more balanced)
I think Bellamy wouldn't be a bad addiction. better than caribou or ceasar. Plus, Luffy called him"friend", if you know what it means

Bellamys powers are nothing like Luffys unless you think Brook and Zoro have the same powers too since their both Swordsman.
And Bellamy literally is already called a friend by Luffy. Bellamy has no pirate crew, what would that do for the fleet in a moment of crisis.

I'm personally convinced now that Yamato would be the penultimate member (Vivi being the last to join)... I previously had an idea that a midget elite giant would join in Elbaf but forget it... Bellamy would also work since he would be a 3rd regional recruit which indicate a ship upgrade (he has an indestructible flag) but he's no better nor at the very least equal to Yamato powerwise...
