Poor Yamato 
I can't even imagine what she will do if not travel with luffy after this scene.... this was done so well in anime. And I still think there is just two endings for Yamato..she either dies..or travels with the SHs.

Yamato is a Guardian Deity of Wano. It's happening right before our eyes. Whether Yamato leaves Wano is what is really being debated but Yamato not interacting with the Strawhats but instead consistently interacting with Momo is telling. Yamato has put themselves in a split situation leaning both ways.
Carrot is in the narrative background waiting for Oda to draw her and give her another moment like in Whole Cake Island. But until that happens Carrot will remain an afterthought. A Snow Bunny could have made sense but there is no story setup nor confirmation of Monet's death. Carrot becoming a Brush Bunny is possible with Kanjuro dying and Carrot being seemingly proficient in drawing Shojo style. What Carrot has right now is her interest in Giants that really wasn't explored for her at WCI or with any Numbers in Wano. So Elbaf for her is a possibility.
Tama is too young and inexperienced to join the main crew but could get aged like Momo was to become a bewitching kunoichi. However, Momo was born 20 years ago and therefore his body was aged to his correct present age. Tama though did not travel to the future so there is no narrative reason to age her. Plus, what will happen to all the brainwashed Gifters? I like the idea of Tama and the Gifters joining the Strawhat 5th division as it would be with the Dwarves who were part of the creation of SMILE Fruits.
Momonosuke is the future Shogun. However, Momo needs to learn how to use a sword and read Ponegliffs. But does it make sense for Momo to save his country in Wano only to leave it in his sister Hiyori's hands while he travels with the Strawhats? Momo can learn the sword in Wano but will there be a way he can learn to read Ponegliffs? Maybe another hidden document is with the Wano Road Ponegliff.
Kin'emon was invited to join...well his bottom half was. His DF matched the 2-9 spot. 3 Musketeers: Zoro, Kin'emon, and Brook. But...let the man spend time with his wife who hasn't seen him in 20 years! Kin'emon deserves to retire being a Kozuki Retainer to be a Daimyo.
Raizo is a Ninja. All Men love Ninja according to Oda through Franky. Therefore the potential door is open for Raizo. Nin Nin!

Again no one other than Kaido has made any mention of a Guardian of Wano
If this Guardian was so prevalent, the citizens of Wano would be praying to their "Guardian Deity" to save them
Or we would've atleast heard someone talk about not praying to the guardian anymore because they've given up hope

It's been awhile since I talk about yamato. I too want to add my opinion about her.
Imo oda meant yamato to have the same fate as wano country
- Yamato was Japan ancient name
- Yama tou could mean mountain island. That's a good description for wano
- She has the ookami fruit, which is narratively been said was wano guardian god. That fruit bears god name. It means the fruit more likely chose her. Fighting for k̶a̶i̶d̶o̶ wano was always her decision from 20 years ago
- ya could means arrow (her attack is also arrow based), mato means mark/target. This not necessary, I only add this to show that oda loves doing pun with name. And also to validate my points

WsW doesnt know about the gum fruit is nika fruit. He understand nika god and nika fruit separately. He only understand the god nika (not the fruit. He doesnt know about nika's fruit) because the rumor among the slaves. He doesnt know nika is still exist or not but he want to believe it by asking jinbe

We don't know when did Yamato eat the fruit, didn't Yamato say that she told kaido that she wants to be like Oden 🤔 so was she following the Will Of The Fruit then?
Yamato still to this day wants to leave wano and have adventures like Oden that's isn't something a Guidance Deity of Wano will do.

If it's only take fruit will to make people do something then any user could do the fruit favor. User just an empty vessel. But I don't think that's the case
Obviously wanting to go adventure is yamato will. But that may also mean the deity also want yamato to do so. Beyond this is only my speculation. What yamato adventure do might probably align with deity wants, that is protecting wano. I mean what yamato might do outside wano could lead to protection for wano as her fruit wants
