If that was the case, then Wano’s inner defenses wouldn’t be a problem. Would prob be more symbolic if Vista and the others did it anyway.

Kaido as villain was amazing, making him an ally to SHs is like destroying his character, also he will look weaker if he joins Luffy in the final war against WG after being the strongest, not to mention that he deserved his death after he killed Oden & Toki, how will Momo & Hiyori react when they hear that Kaido has become a good person? what about the scabbards revenge? will all of that go in vain!!

That would be too convoluted, we just left Wano so we aint getting back anytime soon. There will definitely be an invasion of Wano relatively soon, thats for certain, but the only way for Yamato to join before an epilogue is if this invasion results on Wano getting something as powerful or more powerful than Yamato

Eh I dont think that would work or would be enough. A theory that I saw that could work is BM still being there and that she went back to being O-lin. If that happens then Wano would be safe and she could leave, but I aint see it happening
