He didn't fall out cold because of the attack but because of his stomach just like how Luffy passed out just from hunger alone.

CP0 boss only took such a fatal blow because he couldn't finish off Drake properly in the first place although it was 2 vs 1 as Apoo escaped quickly.

I believe that this is just the future what they are seeing here …. They both can see 5 seconds in the future as Kido hinted about it .

So I guess the cp0 will get a double attack from both of them before he grabs luffy. Then the fight will continue

By the way, what is up with this CP-0 boss dude? First he gets shot through the head by Orochi earlier in the arc, and now he gets straight impaled by Drake, but this guy brushes would be off fatal damage like it's nothing. I don't wanna say he's "immortal" but he definitely has some crazy power going on. He definitely fits the theme of a few characters this arc like Kaido and King, but takes it one step beyond. He's not being impervious to damage, but rather his body is just ignoring fatal damage completely.

Overall really good chapter. I really liked the paneling and the fight itself. Kaido has shown some really fun stuff lately. My only concern is what the end of the chapter will lead to which is why I ranked it 4/5 this time.

It has a chance to lead to something interesting such as a Kaido flashback or something really obnoxious with a new installment of Stall Piece.
