Hyouzou and Monet are fodder, Apoo wasn't even knocked out for a whole chapter and it was a sneak attack while Drake was attacking him, big win for Zoro there LOL. He didn't "body" or properly incapacitate Hawkins.
Vergo was Doflamingo's right hand man given the closest relationship to Doflamingo, having a stall fruit doesn't mean you are stronger. I could just as easily say nothing Pica can do can overcome Vergo's armament, and his superior mobility through Geppou means he can easily find and kill Pica in a more controlled fashion. Trebol has slightly better combat potential than Pica, as you admit Pica relied on stalling and running.
Luffy wasn't on Enel's level before the time skip he just had a great fruit match up, so getting a mobility assist (when realistically he probably could have done a rocket or something else anyway) is not an L, becasue the fight couldn't be used to say Luffy is stronger than Enel.
Zoro SHOULD be stronger than weakling Pica, so having a defecit and requiring a major mobility assist to beat him is a big knock to your supposed combat prowess against anyone outside of the normal power set.
When your mobility is an issue in 4 or more recent-ish scenarios (dragging Luffy down and getting him caught by Queen, slowing Marco down and getting him blocked by King/Queen, Needing mobility assist vs. Pica and Dragon), you have a problem. Mobility is not a general weakness for Luffy, especially not now post skip.
Gyukimaru is so irrelevant he's not even in the war line up lol, you cry about that a 2vs1 while using two CQC supernovas against a fruitless Apoo (and not even knocking him out for a whole chapter) is still Zoro's win LOL delusional.
