Zoro has the highest lethality out of everyone on the roof including the Yonkou. He's the only one whose attacks wasn't allowed to land at this point.

Did you even read the spoilers? that wasn't really the problem, because of his Dragon form Law can't be sure where to use the Gamma Knife, he thinks he hit the heart, but has no idea, so he can't use it in full effect like in a human. Stop trying to downplay Law.

I don't downplay Law, if it wasn't going to be a game changer against Doflamingo then it was never going to be one against Kaido. And Law has no excuses because GK is supposed to affect all the vital organs and not just the heart.

And this chapter just confirms that yes it doesn't fully ignore body resistance and endurance.
