To me it's something like this for durability:

Base Kaido <= Hybrid Kaido <= Dragon Kaido <= Awakened Kaido.

No hybrid is basically best of both worlds and kaido also has shown very good durability in base too.
If Kaido's base dura comes from his race more so...

Can we please stop already making a distinction between hybrid Kaido and "awakened" Kaido? We learned from Impel Down, that awakened Zoans are just the same as their non awakened forms but with boosted stats. And it's their default state. They can't switch between default and awakened.

Plus, it's highly possible that his Dragon form is the awakened form, while his non awakened form was a fish/Koi (since it's a fish fruit).
