If we applied linear scaling it would appear he is able to lift more than an island right now, but this is at least by using a linear calculation.

An island would weight Millions of Tons. Not sure if Zoro can do that

Title is literally called swordsman. You don't become swordsman by lifting weight, increasing Haki and physical stat. That's something everyone does; Luffy, Sanji etc.

Swordsman; having enough swords skills to make difference.

That's why there's a difference between using 3 swords and 3 swords style and that's why Mihawk said no sword is STRONG without GRACE. Strong and Grace is directly related when it comes to swordsman.

Now take your L and be happy.

And how strong overall is the Organisation ? We know they drove Bb Pirates from Baltigo they should bé strong.

I am rather cautious/wary about the informations given about the Baltigo incident in the newspapers since we don't know what happened exactly between the RA and the Blackbeard Pirates, and as such if the BB pirates were healthy, and if they were still picking their business in the island or already about to leave when the marines and the CP0 arrived.

Besides we don't know whose marines were with the CP0, how many agents were present and finally the CP0 are the ones who control the World Government's propaganda and are tasked to change the infos in the newspaper so it's very possible that they aren't what drove Blackbeard and his crew from Baltigo but that they had this written to make themselves look more powerful.

Since the ratio busting power / lifting strenght was rather evenly grounded at the time, the best way to compute this is by considering Zoro's Current CoAless DC and converting it to lifting strenght first of all. Then see how much CoA and general AP can boost that too.
