Vegapunk a specialist on Devil fruits, works with Judge on birthing humans in supernatural ways. Lineage Factor obviously has to do with birthing them with DFs.

Oda in a SBS said Sanji could be a DF due to the curly eyebrow. Thus anyone born with a DF...gets curly eyebrows. However Sanji got his DF power from Sora's drug, thus his invisisbility power and all his other modifications from Judge failed.

It could be that since Kaido is "The King of Beasts" that he can break the hold the dangos have over the Gifters simply be issuing them an order... Their animal instincts kick in, and the fear breaks them....
