Xebec being Im doesn't make sense. The WG is an 800 year old entity with leaders who are seemingly ageless/immortal (the gorosei have looked exactly the same the past 20 years) and have a leader who hates Blackbeard and Luffy. Xebec was a crazy pirate up until 40 years ago and virtually an inspiration to what Blackbeard has become.

I never understood the bandwagon that was gained from Arturs little comic that was made. It was a weird theory to begin with imo.
