Zoro doesn't have adv CoC (Kaido's dialogue and surprise at Luffy having it make that 100% clear), may not even have normal CoC considering Zoro's dialogue and mistaken CoC before.
But if in some magical world asura was adv CoC, that would be pretty shit he used that to beat someone half as strong that Luffy beat with g2 gattling.

You need ryuo to hurt Kaido if you lack internal attacks or hax or enough power.
Retainers issue was AP not CoC or haki.

- Kaido wonders if Zoro used CoC/has CoC --> Zoro denies
In both cases :
- we don't see visuals of CoC emitting from Zoro before or when he attacked/talks!
- we see Brook mistook The earthquake came from Zoro screaming madly!
- Which might mean Kaido also mistook Zoro's intiimidating spirit being CoC!
