I feel you.

I feel we'll get a considerable chunk of lore whenever we get Kaido's eventual backstory. As for Vegapunk, whenever we see whoever or whatever the SSG is, Vegapunk's intro shouldn't be too far behind.

Being that "Oni" history is seemingly tied to Wano, that should also tie into the Void Century stuff since this also happens to be where the Poneglyphs originate. As for the meaning of "D," we probably won't thoroughly learn about this till much later. We could be blue balled if it's mentioned during the Void century stuff, though.

Nah narrative takes precedent over everything. Hence why the narratives almost always sanji protecting the crew while luffy surges forward and zoro gets lost.

Sanji saved chopper from queen and protected zoro. Seems to me like the narrative is the only reason sanji wasn't on the roof.
