Fun chapter.
Sanji and Queen was the main focus of the chapter, but before that, I think the small sequence among the Onigashima entertainers to be further precursors for the arc's conclusion. They accept that Wano itself can't be their shelter. Of course, it's due to the danger that they know they'll have to suffer at the hands of the Beast Pirates because of Kaido's plan. But they're now shifting their mindset. Sure, it's outsiders who've jeopardized their safety to begin with, but it's outsiders all the same that are giving them a second chance at life. This will make Kin'emon and co persuading the Wano citizens easier. This was an easy deductions for the average reader, but it's nice to include in the story to humanize the people everyone is fighting to liberate.
Back to to the main event, Queen now serves both the role of 3rd strongest Beast Pirate, as well as the "final boss" to Sanji's Germa saga. Adopting the ability of Sanji's brother's, Sanji is now tasked with the goal of not just defeating Queen, but surpassing his brothers who's shadows he's never managed to completely escape.
But Queen ultimately resorts to using Sanji's now lost ability to camouflage, but Sanji responds to it using his Haki specialty - Observation, which Rayleigh describes as the power to sense the will of another itself.
Being invisible to the naked eye isn't enough against someone adept at Observation. If in almost poetic fashion, Observation is the haki type of Haki Sanji specializes in, which perfectly counters his family inherited power of camouflage. He's conquered his doubts and past and is ready to move on with the skills he's learned from his life ever since leaving the Germa Kingdom.
Everything he unloads onto Queen are what he's fashioned for himself in conjunction with his exoskeleton. The fight may not be over next chapter, but it's clear from this moment onward, Sanji may truly be free from the shackles of his family. Well, besides said exoskeleton, but as stated, Sanji uses it on top of his own abilities, and denied Queen the satisfaction of being an extension of Judge he can use to live out his feud.
Osome's arrival to the battlefield was a bit clunky, as Oda did not really establish her well in previous chapters. Between the chapter where she was supposedly hit by Sanji and this one, make her out to be a very cheap plot device Oda included to inject some more drama into the fight. However, that isn't to say she was inappropriate for this fight, as Oda did establish Queen's lustful and cruel nature back in act 2, and Sanji's chivalry is a forefront part of his character. Knowing if a woman's been hurt or is in danger, will inform him in a significant way. It is poetic and fitting to his character if Sanji defeats Queen via an act of chivalry, rather than just simply winning the fight.
