You are grasping at straws

Ryuma cut a dragon, Zoro cut a dragon. That's the ryuma moment. Saying "but it wasn't directly over the capital" or "nobody saw it" is irrelevant. You are acting as if ZKK needs to happen because these specific circumstances weren't met, but they never needed to be met in the first place.

Yes, the ryuma parallels needed to have some pay off. Zoro vs King was the payoff. If you expected more, that's your fault.
Saying this moment was the "Ryuma moment" is about as useful as saying Zoro slaying the Punk Hazard dragon was his "Ryuma moment". Hint: it's useless.

How is Ryuma viewed in Wano? After his death, he's considered a national treasure; he is the god of the blade, and there's a story about how he slayed a dragon over the capital.
The purpose of Zoro having a "Ryuma moment" is so that the Wano people view him akin to Ryuma.
This is impossible so far.

So, we will get pay off for Zoro becoming a legendary samurai like Ryuma, and he will be acknowledged for it by characters within the story. This is further aided by Zoro saying he will become the King of Hell/Samurai at the end of the King fight, which proves that him leading the samurai as he said in Zou is still on the table.

All in all, if you read Zoro v King and what you got out of it was "Ah, there we go, Zoro got his Ryuma moment" then you've totally misunderstood the purpose of the fight.
We got a tiny lore drop in 1023, nothing has come out of it yet, so we keep waiting.

I don't really feel anything about Nami defending Luffy in front of Kaido
I mean cool moment but we already got that vs Ulti. How about Oda draws her actually fighting?

Sorry, OT thing: where is your avi from? I love the design.

If Zoro is to surprass Ryuma ZKK needs to happen imo.

Well you say that Luffy's end game is someone weaker than Kaidou? That is, if Oda set the narrative that way tho. Which is not the case at all. Prime BB will not be weaker than Kaidou at all. Imu will not be weaker than Kaidou or Prime BB. Luffy will surpass not just Roger, but everyone in history. So his endgame/ceiling is unlimited.

Or else, what kind of author set the earlier task as harder than the later, where the earlier hurdle is apparently also aiming for the last prize (being PK) thus must be surpassed individually? It doesnt make sense since it's shonen, and clashes are direct. If Oda intend for Luffy to not actually surpass Kaidou even when Luffy must face Kaidou now as a the fight for PK candidacy, then Oda will not set Kaidou as Luffy's current opponent at all. But he already set Kaidou as Luffy's direct match. Thus leaving Oda no choice but to make Luffy surpass Kaidou individually.
Kaido is the worlds strongest at this point, so in retrospect at this juncture any other opponent would theorectically be weaker than kaido. I can see BB saying something along the lines of my powers have surpassed Kaido, etc

Techinacally it's indirect (Luffy vs Kaido) bc he was damaged by other opponents at this point... again in theory
