Maybe i'm not supposed to like the villains? is that it? I'm supposed to be happy they are turned into jokes? That's fine, the villains are a bunch of pieces of shit that killed and tortured many
But they still have badass designs and cool powers, and i enjoy that about them, so i don't want to see them turned into jokes, that's it
But i guess if you hate Kaido / Blackbeard and everyone else, then you are gonna enjoy making them into jokes

Its not the best tale of (fictionalized) History either.
When we put ourselves in manga bubble we can see it as some top tier writing, and its obviously better writing than One piece (one piece is more entertaining) but it isn't some master class.

I just think people need to understand that this is the point of his power here with Kaido. I don't expect future villains to turn out the same way, that would be redundant. I certainly don't expect Akainu or Blackbeard to maybe even Shanks to have same type of fight he's having rn with Kaido. Mihawk definitely won't get clowned
Imo, it "works" with Kaido because Kaido himself is ridiculous with his Drunk forms and ability to take a beating. But yes, my opinion too. You are welcome to yours.

While making him zoan is garbage, I can't deny Gear 5th is entertaining af.
I like it more than Gear 4th with its boundman, snakeman, tank man bullshit.
Oda has basically given up and made Luffy a gag character in the laziest way possible but its funny for sure lol
