Luffy had weaker haki than Katakuri, which was specified repeatedly in their mirror match type battle, and still had the correct proficiency to win in HIS specific fight barring that fact. He had worse FS and CoA, and still was able to win with Snakeman.

That alone proves that sword skill and haki output are different ingredients for a fight. You do not have to be a stronger haki user to be a better swordsman. I would 100% expect Mihawk to outclass anyone in swordsmanship. I do not expect Mihawk to directly win every single top tier fight if "Haki is King" as Kaido implies here.

He's never beaten Shanks lol, and he never beat Roger, so you can choke on that one for a while.

But this doesnt mean DFs dont have any worth.

When there are 2 fighters with exactly the same level of Haki, the one with a strong DF will win, since he has an addition to his strength.

Meanwhile it's a fact that in nearly 40 chapters, Zoro hasn't even uttered Kaido's name or thought about him. Yes, the intent was there beforehand. It was not after 1010. What people can't do is actually wake the fuck up at this point lol

Every week there post or threads claiming ZKK has been debunked.

During Zoro's battle with King, Kawa mention how Zoro looks like Ryuma, the famous dragon slayer, and belief that's fate. Yet, you and others just completely dismiss it like it doesn't mean anything.

Oda has Zoro faced a character that's harder to damage than Kaido and gives him a dragon slaying technique. Just last week there was plenty of thread and clothes claiming that information was wrong. King told he has greater durability and defense than Kaido and is harder damage yet that info gets ignored time and time again.

Luffy has been using CoC haki in Gear 5 as stated in ch 1045 so it is still the strongest ability. It has allowed Luffy to face kaido form base all the way to Gear 5
