Read somewhere on twitter. Kaido used up everything he has for the last attack to counter luffy fist resulting and removal of all flame clouds and momo picks it up later and moves it aside. Which also explains the Voilent clash between kaido and luffy stated in spoilers. But this really isn't the end. A punch won't do it.

Majority of us agrees with it

When a character loses everything at the end to counter someone
It always mean the end of the battle

Kaido is done if he used his best attack/defence against this punch

It can go down like this.


Luffy punch throws kaido to the ground. Everyone shocks to see kaido in that state.


To them, luffy did it. Kaido is lying down covered in the dust.


In onigshima it will send waves of shock among beast pirates while alliance will start celebrating.

On ground, people of wano would be confused, scared before knowing that kaido is defeated


But then kaido will rise again...Awakened form saying "No one pushed me enough to be awakened"


That's my headcannon

At this point it's highly likely kaidou is using his awakening
What we can expect is a top notch haki attack

Nah oda wouldn't do it at this point he is setting up all just so luffy can defeat him alone,otherwise no reason to give him his rare awakening

No need? Of awakening. Luffy almost died two times without. Ofcourse HD needed. It. And I like the idea of 4 supernova vs Kaido again. Back where it all started.

At this point I'm just hoping for an early LQ raws/HQ release of the chapter.Other double issues have gotten leaked earlier than usual (1000, 1036, etc)

I gone through them when I'm not in this thread. Though I reply as I really don't want to fight Toxicity of both peoples. There are extreme ends of zkk believers. I like the idea of zkk more than luffy beating kaido with a punch. But I'm fine with anything unless it's a big ass punch in the end.
