Zoro is keeping the Sandai regardless of it's low grade, if it survived blocking hakai nothing will ever break it with Zoro's level of CoA. If he turns in into black blade maybe it can even jump two grades and become a great grade like Shusui

Yeah of all the swords that Zoro has used, Sandai is still the number 1 sword for me
Sandai -> Shusui -> Wado -> Enma -> Yabashiri
If Zoro for whatever reasons drops Sandai for a stronger sword i'm dropping him too

For me it's my second favorite after Wado the sword that instantly accepted Zoro and has been serving him faithfully for ages now

That's possible. Honestly, i never thought for a minute that BM is actually dead but Kaido I'm not sure. He could totally have died. Don't see a purpose in him surviving at all.

In all honesty, their reactions don't seem to be that crazy for it lol. I still think they are very confident in the SSG and their overall power. After all, the final war is against the WG/Marines (and assumedly 1 or 2 Yonko)

I always assumed Kaido would die in wano because he’s too strong to have floating around once the final war happened, but I guess he will be involved somehow, final arc is going to be every named character showing up knowing Oda
