We know from Oda that A Yonkou's threat level boosts Yonkou commander bounties and from the OG Yonkou we have;

Jozu,Vista and the rest are guaranteed to be below Marco's

Kaido: 4.6 Billion,Known as WSC.
Commanders:

-Queen: 1.32 Billion,Ex-MADS
-Jack: 1 BILLION

Big Mom: 4.38 Billion
Commanders:
-Katakuri: 1.057 Billion.
-Smoothie: 938 million
-Cracker: 868 million

The Government estimates luffy's threat level at only 3B,i.e far below WB,Kaido and Bm yet strawhats commanders have;

-Zoro: 1.100,001,100 Billion
-Jinbei: 1.1 Billion
-Sanji: 1.032 Billion
-Robin: 930 million.
Etc...

No matter how you look at the strawhats bounties,they look far better than the previous Yonkou commanders.

To take a concrete example: A 384 million bounty like Franky is easily a 600-700 million bounty in any of the OG Yonkou crews.
