Crocodile's case is same as old, no strength revelation but considering him being around or above YC1 level but below even half yonko, he got around 600 to 900M boost in comparison to King or Katakuri. Compared with them other than Zoro only coz they both are quite notorious crew in threat just like CG.

We don't know anything about Crocodile combat wise yet though?
He had two years to improve and he definitely did, considering he got back to the New World and became a big-shot enough to gain this much bounty on his head.
Plus his Warlord status isn't really relevant here, he was a Warlord ~2.5 years ago.

While Boa Hancock got 1.6B but with her unique/fearsome DF abilities she might have oneshot Vasco and Catalina but she herself got captured easily by BB as well. Couldn't even evade or counter BB with haki. I believe she's at most YC level but but still got more bounty than even Luffy who defeated two commanders far stronger than BBs current two commanders at amazon lily and survived against BM. Here Compared with Luffy coz he's captain as well just like Boa and situation is quite similar.

Bro BB is a Yonko with one df which hard counters other df users. Ofcourse Boa struggled, but BB himself hyped Boa.
Like you can compare Boa to Marco & BB to BM. And both of their bounties aren't far off, both of them have special dfs as well although Boa's is more dangerous, plus she's a captain/ruler of a Kingdom with Conquerors haki. Sengoku himself hyped Boa's abilties.

Jimbei's previous bounty was around 400M but without defeating YC he got above 1B mark and sitting at the same level as Zoro. Again around 700M boost.

Again, Jinbe was also a Shichibukai 2 years ago.
If they wanted to boost Shichibukai they could've boosted Jinbe in those 2 years itself yet they didn't.

And I already explained the rationale behind Jinbe's bounty, he's repeatedly shown as part of Luffy's top Commanders.

Zoro, Sanji & Jinbe are his Commanders and are the Commanders of a Yonko worth 3 Billion. Which is why it 100% makes sense for Jinbe to have a 1 billion bounty since his boost comes from his emperor captain Luffy.

BB's 2.247B bounty along with emperor titles is justifiable coz he just beat down a group of YCs whiletook hold of most of the WBs territory and a person with 2DFs abilities.

Just like Luffy's bounty of 1.5B after defeating two YCs and dubbed as fifth emperor but no territory so lesser bounty.

But main thing is what did marines reported there HQ to give him boost of 1.7B bounty after Amazon Lily incident and Coby's abduction. Did they make another joking situation similar how Buggy is believed as someone who can tame two monsters or what ? Coby ain't walking uranus weapon whose abduction could be taken so seriously or neither he defeated or fought Rayleigh..... lol

Something must've happened lol.
BB's sudden bounty boost makes no sense otherwise.
The rest of his crew members probably did something notorious, only Devon & Shot came here.
Shiryu & the rest must also been sent on missions kinda like how Burgess alone came to Dressrosa to steal the Mera Mera no Mi.

So who's he trying to hide his identity from? His own crew? If it's so obvious that even his bounty includes it, then their own crew members won't talk about how it's just a rumor. Even Marco doesn't talk like his Lunarian identity is obvious. I agree it's stupid to think the WG isn't aware of his presence, but they can't really go public about him as others might seek his powers.

Rayleigh's past achievements with strength are enough to shake off either an admiral or yonko is undoubtedly the proof of what we've been saying since from OJ that he's a generation older version of Zoro who's definitely on yonko level (just like what Zoro going to achieve).

BB knows he's not here with his full crew or core strength holder subordinates and taking on Rayleigh when all of his crew in stone form would be severely disadvantageous. He know even if he had 60% of chance to win than he would also have 40% chance to go back with being handicapped. Lol

Luffy has FS, king doesn’t

Luffy can fight king for 12 hours, dodging all of his attacks and repetitively hitting him with low level attacks until his defense breaks.

FS is overrated. Especially Luffy's at the time. It doesn't mean you are untouchable.

Zoro could not damage King before ACoC and he could cut and scar Kaido. What will pre Wano War Luffy do to King? Not a damn thing.

Although i think the most of the ex-Shichibukais bounties are inflated due to other things than individual strength, the fact they have bounties this high in the first place should tell they should be somewhere in the commander range, with Mihawk being the top tier of the group, with his yonko tier bounty

I think Weevil's bounty will probably be in the 2 billions range tho

BB will have stong coa,coo and coc but no version of advanced haki of any color.Ray has coa confirmed we can imply he also has advanced coc,since he didn't want to spam it on fooder at sabaody.
