Do you think Kong Gun would affect Jack anywhere close to how much it affected Katakuri?
Both Jack and Queen have stats that exceed Katakuri's by a mile. All that Katakuri has is FS which gives the illusion of him being strong.
Aside from FS and movement speed, is there any stat that Katakuri has even close to them?
Yes, he has FS which puts him comfortably above average commanders. If you can deal with that, he is nothing special.
As long as King has even a remotely effective AoE, Katakuri presents no issue for him.

On the topic of Yonkou commanders, folks are getting a bit to caught up on this imaginary Yonkou Commander ranking System that community has established (i.e. All YC1s are on the same level > All YC2s are on the same level > All YC3s are on the same level) but things simply cannot work this way, reasons being 1.) the deeper we get into the story, the stronger the antagonists will have to be for our protagonists else there will be no strength progression for them. Imagine BBs no, 1, 2, 3 being only as strong as their counterparts in the Beast pirates even with Zoro, Sanji and Jinbe poised to beat King, Queen and potentially Jack or Smoothie this arc ^^". Regardless of how you think about it, it doesn't make any sense 2.) different crews have different dynamics, Katakuri being heads an shoulders over his sweet commander counter parts doesn't mean that would be case for all the YC1s in every other Yonkou crew. At least that wasn't the case with the WB pirates from what we saw from the MF war. Like wise, Smoothie doesn't seem to be that much stronger than Cracker, whereas Queen seems to be significantly stronger than Jack. So YC1 = YC1 and so on logic doesn't really make much sense at especially at this point in the story with all the new information we have. Though I can understand why people came up with it.
On the Calamities v Sweet Commanders ting, Oda usually shows the strength progression of the antagonists via bounties.
Moria had a bigger bounty than Croc, and Doffy a bigger bounty than Moria etc and has done so once again this arc with the Calamities having significantly higher bounties than the Sweet Commanders. So the Calamities are most likely stronger than the Sweet Commanders. If they aren't then why are their bounties significantly higher then? The excuse folks will try to give is that the Beast Pirates are ruthless but the Big Mom Pirates have been shown to be just as ruthless as the Sweet Commanders so what exactly is the difference? In the same vein the Red Hair pirate commanders have been hyped up to have even higher bounties than the calamities and they just so happen to be next in line opponents for the SHs. Or are people going to argue that the Red Hair Pirates have bigger bounties than the calamities because they are more ruthless...lolz.

Previous translations of Kaido's words to Momo were incorrect.
Kaido is saying, "A dream that his parents or someone forced Momo to say, not his own dream. What a immature kid.."
Momo says his father was a great samurai and Momo will be responsible for Wano. However, as you can see in the pic, his words/dream are taken from what Toki said earlier.
Momo doesn't have his own dream yet, which disappointed Kaido a lot.
