well he's doing a proper piss poor job at it....lolz...gonna take some serious redemption to change the fanbase's perspective on her now especially after this chapter. Currently she doesn't have any more presence than Daifuku or Perospero etc. and that says a lot at how poorly Oda has handled her character

I believe this is the SBS in which Oda mentions Smoothie being strong, but he doesn't say anything about not having time to show her during the WCI arc.
