The reason why Whitebeard or even what was left from the Roger Pirates not hearing the news that Oden was dead and what happened in Wano is just bad, Oda could have gone so many ways with this but instead he chose the lazy one because he made an Arc so complicated and dense that even him is having trouble in controlling everything...
Oda is doing something as complex as Game Of Thrones plot's but he doesn't have the time to actually sit and develop everything in the best way as GRRM does, Togashi take his breaks for a reason too, not saying Oda should start to be actually lazy like Togashi but I believe the amount of nonsense in this Arc will be astronomical due to Oda nota having actual time to properly develop the story he wants to write....

Simply has stronger Haki and better control/efficiency with his Haki by the very fact he is using Enma, which will only continue to strengthen as he masters the blade aka powerup. It's not rocket science.

Why worse???, imagine start a war Against other younkou for someone that IS already dead, Wb Did nothing for tach and against a BB that not ev n had a boounty.

Start a war for ace that was ALIVE and could be rescued is something wayyy diferent

And we dont even know the Full context of the things, we dont know yet why they didint came to avenge oden. Theres no explanation yet, but WB doing nothing to avenge a dead tach and doing something to a living ace is a pretty good clue.

Oh please enough. I can't see how toki would have let herself get fucked by kaido and bear his child. She genuinely loved oden. She could teleport herself to the future or she could kill herself. But kaido mocking oden even more, by stealing his wife too? Even though she said, that she wants to be oden's strength? Sorry but that would be just shit.

I'd love Sasaki to fight Jinbe it would be hella interesting considering the fact that Sasaki is a swordsman and he looks like a Fishman too.

Before the Raid started to moving forward I thought the main four of the SH's will have their warm-up fights with Tobi Roppo and then move onto Calamities + Kaido.

Any glaring plot inconsistencies should imo be the concern of the editor and it should be him who helps Oda smooth these over if they occur in the draft versions, we will have to wait to see the full chapter translated before we can fully speculate.

Just so we could have the amnesia plot as Prometheus being present could have ruined King's attack on the Queen Mama Chanter or he would have carried Big Mom over the waterfall.

What I think is we don't give the scabbards the benefit of the doubt here:

-Inu/Neko fought with Jack for days pretty much on their own. What they lacked was Sulong to help them win.
-Asura striked Jack and broke his weapons in one attack.
-Asura and Inu fought pretty equally as a result
-Denjiro almost seems like he's the biggest monster of them all.

We truly have no idea where Kiku, Kawamatsu, and Raizo stand but I can see them being "slightly" weaker. Kin'emon is weird. He fought evenly with Brook through "feeling" alone (probably observation Haki) and only a torso, but he hasn't TRULY shown off the extent of his capability. He was impressive at PH, but did not fight at DR the entire time pretty much, save for getting kicked by Doflamingo while trying to save Law. I'd assume Kanjuro is around the same strength. Then you have Izo returning this arc.

All in all, I expect some of these people to have major fights in Kaido's forces, and possibly Big Mom's. Don't expect the Strawhat's to monopolize the upper echelon fights. Hell, we have Supernova Captains (and Killer) that also need exposure.

Neko and Inu not saying anything to anyone would make actual sense. They were Oden’s retainers, so they would have known about the prophecy, especially the part when Toki said that twenty years from now is when help would arrive for Wano. It would have been a waste of her will and resources to do something before that.

Separate from that, it doesn’t mean that Whitebeard didn’t act anyway. Kaido owes Big Mom a life debt. The introduction of Oden and the revelation that he was on Whitebeard’s crew lends a hint to what exactly that was for.
