Queen scared shitless of BM yet used fullzoan form not hybrid. With fullzoan form Queen managed to knockout Big Mom since fullzoan form has more raw power compared to hybrid form since hybrid form won't be enough to knock out BM.

I think it depends on the situation.

Full zoan is about power, but slow has hell and normally a bigger target. Its trash. Oda is just saving calamities and Kaido hybrid till near end of the arc because he thinks its going to be hype when we see them. When they should be using them in these situations. How tf did Jack think he can outmamuever Sulong Minks speed when before he fought them they were faster regular. Stitching made the limitation to Doflamingo's combat power from GK very minimal, if Luffy hadn't wasted so much endurance getting to Doffy and had gone G4 from the start and surprise Organ'd him then Doflamingo would be out.

Boundman is faster and stronger than Doflamingo, the time limit running out in the first round was PIS as Doflamingo was "one attack away" from being ko'd until he recuperated, if Luffy hadn't wasted time explaining his powers and using less effective techniques he would have won, this was plot to show the weakness of G4, to prolong the arc and ramp up the stakes, to give shine to all the small characters etc.

Doflamingo didn't have the choice but to clash, boundman's mobility is superior and he could teleport in front of Doffy and hit him with it if he didn't try to clash and defend himself properly.

If Doflamingo fought in the mirror world Luffy could have beat Doflamingo a lot easier, the wide open area was prime for his stall tactics and pseudo flight, similarly if Luffy fought Katakuri in dressrosa, Katakuri would be at a disadvantage with his lack of aerial mobility.

While I agree with most of this, this is Doffy vs Cracker, not Boundman. I don’t see Cracker handling awakening.

The only reason he got hit by Gear 4 after he used awakening was because he was tending to his organs (LITERALLY). If his organs are fine and he doesn’t act stupid, he just outlasts Boundman and kills Luffy.

doffy doesnt have to be ko ed by king kong gun. he could just simply koed by leo bazooka.
or just 3 kong gun

see the problem here is doffy doesnt have any defence against boundman.

kong gun simply sent him across half city.

luffy said he will finish him with only 1 attack when doffy stuck on mountain but he run out energy. he could just simply storming doffy with organs but luffy need to close it asap bcause birdcage stuff.

if doffy was smart. he would just simply run. because he knew his chance are 0 against boundman. speed wise. power wise. boundman stomps him very bad.

Fighting the Dukes in Mammoth form is the dumbest shit ever. He couldn't even touch them before while they wasn't sulong in Mammoth form. Why the hell did he think he was going to rouch them when they like 2x faster with sulong. Oda just trying to save the hybrids for Kaido and his calamities, but making them look stupid in the process

I think fullzoan form has more durability. Even if Jack goes hybrid, he would still be outspeed by those minks duo and his durability would be lower than fullzoan form and he would take more damage so with fullzoan form Jack could tank damage from those minks duo until their sulong form runs out.

Jack hinted that before fightning these minks duo the strategy was to hold out until sulong minks time run out.
