Sengoku is admiral, admirals scale to other admirals such as Fujitora, Akainu, Aokiji all have shown DC to handle Pica.

Luffy was YC lvl and could handle pica, zoro is yc and can handle pica therefore other YC scale to zoros and luffys lvl since zoro has shown the DC to handle Pica.

But why should that line from Killer make me accept Kaido as the strongest, it's basically the equivalent of Orochi claiming that the entire WG can't topple over Wano.

I think Killer's words are worth more than Orochi's. Citizens of Wano are extremely ignorant of the outside world to the point where Kinemon didn't even know that he possessed a devil fruit. Orochi and Kaido have also been business partners for decades so it's natural he's going to be biased towards Kaido. Killer is more aware of the world and the power structure of it and doesn't have any biases towards Kaido.

Is Killer's words 100% proof? No. But I think Killer's opinion is worth more than Orochi's tbh.

His head is 1/100th of his entire body. And he regenerated that head as well as broken arm, simply breaking his arms and legs is useless since he will regenerate as long as stone is around. Pica is one with entire Dressrosa, he has lots of reserves.

Pica will simply regenerate from Kata's EG like how Cracker regenerated from Luffy's Kong Organ

Luffy is YC level and his EG simply broke Pica's head. As long as Pica is combined with Dressrosa, Pica is untouchable.
Zoro is above YC level and has top tier DC

Dragon didn't have bad showings...he didn't have any showings at all....hope Oda shows something in between upcoming acts if ever there will be a chapter centered around revolutionaries
