being on par isnt enough .
we dont know who the world strongest swordsman was before mihawk, we have to wait and see.

I'm really serious... I've trolled a lot this chapter spoilers since yesterday

Lemme just state facts and go, will only return next week :

*BM and kaido >>>ROCKS OF THE PAST as Sengoku said
*Roger was not above Garp clearly...Roger hit prime before WB yet WB later on equalled him
*Kaido went from apprentice back then to being near Primebeard/Roger level.
*shanks crew is balanced and he has strongest top 3(core)
* Teach is still growing
*Kaido insane strength is hyped
*BM monstrous strength and diplomacy
The only one to create her own land.
*Roger wasnt a saint like people believed
*Mohawk never fought yonko shanks (prime shanks)
*fuji isnt as strong as Logia admirals
*Sabo and Revos are strong indeed

Their bounties are based on strength and achievements
Strength only : Roger = WB ~ Kaido ( 1 vs 1 king)
Achievements + threat: PK title is worth more than WSM and WSC,
So overall: PK Roger>WSM WB > WSC kaido >BM>Shanks>Teach
