Sanji is still broken, but not as much as in PW3, for me that's good, now i can use other characters with a reason XD

Akainu : 7/10 ... MUCH like PW3 ...good for 1 Vs 1 .... not so much for people with tec
Ace = 6/10 ... not bad in anything but not good in anything as well
Jenbi = 6.5/10 ... good for killing army not so much in 1 Vs 1

he become weaker compare to PW3 no doubt
his attacks are damn interesting and good for 1 Vs many strong people
but his defense suck

He is stronger than in PW3 and as strong as WB

Maxed out and with the good competences he is gonna be totally broken

why can you guys can't be logical about Zoro and Mihawk even in the games

but he need a good time in order to break his enemy's guard

I just fought him ... he have some wired attacks ... if he trap you and your character don't be good in defense he can do much more damage than one can expected ... but big size character are fine dodging that

Wait...how is it illogical? It is just my opinion.
I’m cleaning map with Mihawk as fast as with WB. If you are unable to do so maybe it is because you are unable to use him properly

I did not play with him yet but I hate to play against him. He is tricky and evasive it can be a chore to beat him.

the ending of Kaido story in this arc was really good and in some deep level maybe loyal to the manga

I did enjoy the game ... REALLY ...

great fights , loyal to story , good ending , beautiful islands and everything was good ... for a one piece game I give it an easy 8/10
