Pica as a whole should be around 300m

Hajrudin is 22m but has his legs up in the air it means he takes up a whole plattform. The arena should be around 70-80m

and pica was shown to be 4 times as big as the colosseum

which also makes sense if you see this panel. It can’t any more obvious that this

Island level is meaningless. There's an island next to me that would take me five minutes to walk across. Then there's the wider island of Britain, which would take 2-3 months.

Just take the intent from Oda that Pica was massive without getting bogged down in "how long is a piece of string" style stuff.
Golem Pica's one palm was a size of a Town so his whole body is atleast the size of 10 towns.

Also it's clear how Island level refers to a medium larged island, it's not a bad association per se.

Since we are in the OP world it indicates an average OP sized island.

IIRC an average island is way way bigger than an average town in one piece, if that is not the case then Zoro's feat puts him possibly largely above that.

Depends on what island.
Alabasta is a small continent for example in size.
Alabasta is as big as Antarctica so it’s not a small continent
Here is a complete map of Alabasta

You can see the entire island you can also see the river. This river was stated by Vivi to be 50km wide

If we use to pixel lines into the first scan, 50km=2px, therefore 193.6 pixels is equal to (193.6×50)÷2= 4840km long. To find the circular surface area of this island we can use area of a circle= pie×radius^2.

Our radius=Diameter/2=4840/2=2420km.

Therefore the area of Alabasta=3.142×2420^2=18,400,808.8km squared. Meaning Alabasta is more than double surface area than Russia.

Well, yes, I didn't remember the exact numbers.
My point was that there are really huge islands.
