Sanji's AP in base form is way stronger than the RS form.
Sanji's kick burned Wadatsumi who is mountain size (way bigger than Pica).
While Sanji's RS kick is like town level at best.
His speed is about the same.
Only his durability goes up.
Sanji was testing the RS out. Not for strength, even if he does using the RS for strength, he uses for saving his crew and friends like the panel indicate above.

His AP is lower than his base form since he only uses kicks while Sanji can use kicks + fire in DJ mode. And Sanji doesn't need to protect Usopp and Franky since Law is there back in the Flower Capital and he entrusted Usopp to take care of Page One in the raid.

Second, the 2 last photos used in that post showed a "blowing" Wadatsumi which is bigger than his normal state.
Third, those ships in the post were part of a big fleet, not all BM ships are over 50m. They are about the size of the wrecked ships in this following pic.
Fourth, here is Pica whose palm is way bigger than the Corrida that makes a Giant about more than 20m hight looks relatively small.

Look at how big the Navy ship compared to the Sunny.
And Dressrosa coast is a big as three marine ships on top of each other.
Then you got the colosseum.
And the estimation is there.
The blue and green highlighted square boxes above are normal buildings.
And then down here you got Pica doesn't even look as a big as the flower hill behind him.
Pica is like 300 meters while blowing Wada is like 400 meters or 500 meters at best.
