Okay Ndule, explain to me again how CoC which can prevent devil fruits from working on them somehow translates to chakra based attacks? And why specifically the chakra based attacks that are hax, instead of every attack? Cause there's no distinction in Naruto, they're all based on the sample principles. Just because one is hax doesn't make its properties or make up intrinsically different.

The Law thing is a weakness for devil fruit, not ninjutsu like TheAncientCenturion said. Genjutsu wouldn't work on Kaido regardless of Haki or not since it's a biological thing in Naruto. Soul hax is different than what Law's devil fruit does, the only soul hax in OP are Big Mom and Brook, so you can't really use that as an example.

Genjutsu wouldn't work because of how chakra and genjutsu interact. The manipulation of the chakra in the network of the target is what genjutsu is and controlling the senses is the byproduct of that. Genjutsu doesn't interact with the senses directly. Everyone in the Narutoverse has chakra even before Kaguya which is why she planted the tree so she can absorb the chakra from everyone. Hagomoro taught people how to utilize it properly.

I agree that Kaido's DF weakness is the same as other ( with the exception of Aokiji since he can just freeze it). Oda said as long as it's still water then it works regardless if it's freshwater or seawater. Rain is "moving" water, so maybe those water dragon jutsus might be ineffective, but the water prison definitely will work
