Chapter Discussion Rokushiki is based on Haki

Right Lucci had to rely on mainly cutting/slash type attacks for effective purpose, while Luffy was putting a lot of stress on his body thanks to G2 at that time. If it's haki then his blunt attacks should have worked instead

Flip flop, it is what it is I guess, next Oda is gonna bs his way and retcon Luffy vs Crocodile as in "Luffy had slight CoA there, unconsciously"
To be fair, the argument is Tekkai is CoA.
Lucci could not move while using Tekkai, so thats a moot point.
There might have been a scene in which Lucci uses a special Tekkai and claims Luffys fist would have shattered if he was not rubber, dont remember if thats anime only though.

Haki isn't about hardening Just Muscles

Regardless I don't know what to suggest about the Vivre Cards. I guess one thing I might is that not all Rokushiki eventually constituted haki. Perhaps they could still coat themselves in haki and it was invisible but that didn't seem to be the case as they already had Tekkai and it was never highlighted too. And even eventually considering Shigan as haki would not help the cause that much at all.

Right and it didn't break Luffy's fist hence CoA and Tekkai being the same is bs
Luffy is rubber his fist would not break anyway he could feel pain just like Katakuri and Kaido but he will be just fine.
i am not really sure if Tekkai is part of armament haki or not but in the last chapter WsW said Tekkai as he used black armament on his face and was about to attack Jinbe.

Actually, it makes a lot of sense. It never made sense that CP9 didn't have Haki to begin with. And when people start with all the crap that Rokushiki is muscles, none of this is stated in the manga. Go check, some is muscles, some is not. Lucci said: "Our power is classified, we'll never tell you how we do it."

Everyone arguing that they know how Rokushiki works is wrong because the manga tells you, "Nope, not telling you."

Everyone telling you "Tekkai is muscles" is wrong. They're using the real life inspiration for Tekkai, and then using it to extrapolate a technique.

We are only told:

No one says muscles. He never says how it has tempered his body. just that it has. Kamie is literally never explained.

Luffy also never gets hit full on by Tekkai attacks. He dodges everyone. Oda could say: "Instinct told Luffy to dodge it, despite being rubber."

And they
even see them saying you can't beat the Six Powrs with strength. If the Six Powers are "physical strength", that makes no sense. Look at Kamie, that's classic CoO.

A lot of people argued that it made no sense for CP9 to not have Haki, and came up with al sorts of fanon as to why. But don't forget, fanon is not canon.

Rokushiki is physical strength, is never stated, Here are two things that are undeniably stated: "You can't beat Rokushiki with physical strength", already drawing a distinction. Rokushiki's true nature is classified, that's another one.

Here's the Vivre Card: Mantra and Rokushiki are essentially Haki.

Here's Who's Who showing: Rokushki = Haki.

Best guess is CoO and CoA = Kamie and Tekkai. CoA= Rokougan, and you can try and use your muscles to stimulate them, but it won't work.

The only person who did got murked by Lucci for being a clown.

Not true. Rokushiki =/= Haki. One is physical based, the other mentally based.

Cp9 members had Haki cause they were strong intelligent assassins and it would make no sense if they didnt but Tashigi and random Marine fodder had. They were limited to Oda's writing at that point and thus didnt show it, but technically they did have Haki.

Jinbei didnt say that his Armament Haki is Tekkai. He just asked if he should call it Tekkai cause both techniques are similar and hardening techniques and Jinbei wanted to fullfil the count before stating that those are the six powers used by the government agents.

Jinbei literally continued to say a page after that he "never saw those 6 powers before", so he only heard from them. So there is no way that Tekkai is CoA and for everyone with knowledge about One Piece powers it would be non sense anyways as the whole mechanics of Rokushiki and Haki differ from the base.
