I have just watched this canon scenes, that's perfect.
Also Sanji can hold both King and Queen even it was just some minutes.
From that I think if Sanji's exskeleton upgraded at that time, he could fight both and force them using their final move.

I don't really get the discussion on whether the anime is canon. Sanji faced both Calamities in the manga too, it was simply off-panel. Anime just extended something we didn't see, it didn't bust it out from nowhere. But the anime's been there for enjoying off-panel sequences that Oda can't be bothered for.
