well keep it mind some of these guys just simply need to sail with luffy to accomplish their dreams. Finding the all blue is something you have to travel to find, Theres no clear path to go on just have to sail with luffy to the ends of the sea to see if it exist. Franky simply being on the ship he built and going to different locations is accomplishing his dream, Brook needs to see laboon they already know where he is they need to finish the journey in the new world first. Nami drawing a map is something we could be updated on but can't make a plot point out of it. Robin, Chopper,Jimbei, Zoro and Luffy are the only dreams you can make some sort of plot point with when it comes to dreams.
All major villains post TS only fought Luffy and the rest were done by the Supernovas. Zoro and Sanji to the lesser extent. Even there's no point of Nami being a navigator when Law (for 2.5 arcs!), Vegapunk and the Elbaf Giants have been guiding them.
And now, Cross Guild, Sword, Revolutionary, RHP and BB pirates will do all the heavy lifting against WG and God Knights. The SH bar Zoro/Sanji are too weak to face them.
This just reminds me: When was the last time we saw Nami draw a map ? How much progress has she been seen doing concerning her dream to make a map of the world ?
When was the last time we saw Sanji search for traces and clues about the location of All Blue ?

Whole Cake Island arc would actually could have been a good opportunity for Chopper, with him learning about Big Mom's mental illness and of her hunger pangs, and of him trying to identity the illness and find a cure or treatment to it, maybe not something he could have solved during WCI but it could have been a puzzle he could have solved in the arcs after WCI.
