It would makes more sense if Enma becomes a black sword in Wano, as this is Oden's arc, and he is going to fight against Kaido...
And if Wado becomes a black sword when he is fighting against Mihawk, as it is his first and most important Meito, and it represents Kuina's will...

Maybe it's too soon unless he can speed up the process

My bad I misread. The difference is in the looking I suppose and in the power of course. A black blade should appear more black than all the other swords eventually
