we don't know what the time skip or how many days SHs will reast in wano after the fight .

after dressrosa 3~4 days in dressrosa then a week sailing to zou .
maybe they will rest like 2 weeks then week travelling to elbaf.

yep zoro may not be 100% but he will be better .

There's a part of me that wonders if Oda will ever reveal more of Zoro's backstory. I don't need him to be related to anyone special or the descendant of Ryuma because his character is about hard work and perseverance.

When Zoro is first introduced he already has decided that he will be the WSS. Oda can you please tell us why Zoro started studying the way of the sword in the first place? WCI went more into Sanji's kindness and how that is one of his strengths. Zoro is probably one of if not the most loyal and devoted Strawhat to his dream and more importantly Luffy. Why is that Oda? Besides Kuina dying is there a more significant reason for why he is so loyal? The fact that he is so willing to throw himself into great danger to protect others is always good for some hype. At the same time, does Zoro have some sort of deep seeded issues that he thinks his life is so easy to throw away? (I am probably thinking about this too much in Western perspective and not an Eastern one).

My last thought is after Wano is done what will Zoro's condition be like? I think that there is a strong possibility that he will be in the same or worse condition than Thriller Bark. In Thriller Bark, Luffy never learned that Zoro nearly died for him. There have been so many moments of Luffy saving his crew or recognizing their loyalty or strengths. Ngl a part of me wants Luffy to tell Zoro that he can't become pirate king without him. Guess what Luffy, your dream almost ended in Thriller Bark. Luffy you have a VC/1st mate that is so devoted to you please let him know that you recognize that! (This last paragraph has gone way into fangirl territory.)

I doubt Oda will ever give us a huge backstory for Zoro on the same level of Sanji's, as in n there being a sad reason for some of his personality traits.
Imo not everything needs a deep explanation and tragic backstory. Zoro is good the way he is. Imo it would be ass if he turns out to have famous parents or whatever, same with Nami. Her biological origins don't matter.

Yes you probably do. Sacrificing yourself for others does not mean that you "throw your life away" tbh.

I agree with you. I don't need Zoro to have famous parents. I would be fine if Zoro came from a poor family who gave him to a dojo for a better life. From a writing perspective it's strange that Oda writes these tearjerking backstories but chose not to for Zoro.

I don't know enough about Eastern philosophy. Isn't there a philosophy regarding someone's devotion to their master? Is it the Bushido code?

yep i would like to see FB about how zoro character formed
why he is so loyal etc, zoro from all SHs he started his journey with a complete character , its only the strength of mihawk that break him down .
so i want to know why . considering how oda went to something not important as sanji kindness i can see him doing the same with zoro
but that doesn't mean it will be bad no . yep the FB will not develop his character it will just give us more info about zoro .

i just don't know when zoro fb will be even if he is no body he has to have dramatic fb with his no body father /mother /siblings etc .
all think it will be at end of wano at ryuma grave
but there's no relation at that time 🤔
it will be just ryuma story/ old wano story not zoro .
.....

so do you think oda trick the fans letting them think that zoro fb will be in wano but it will be in another arc 😆
