Even though Luffy has never called Zoro "the #2" of the Straw Hats, this cover prob makes it the most apparent out of any other example that can be brought up about what sort of place Zoro has in the crew, and what kind of burdens being the #2 can bring. Since he also usually seems to fight the "#2s" of enemy groups, I guess this could also give a possible hint that Zoro is set to fight Shiryu by the time the Straw Hats fight against the Blackbeard Pirates. Not even sure how the fight would go down though.
