Once Zoro slays Kaido with Enma I think he will returned the sword back to Wano saying something like This(Enma) is the sword that freed Wano so this should be the new National Treasure of the country and with that he will take back Shusui.

I'd rather have him take nidai kitetsu and make his own set of three black blades- enma, wado ichimonji and nidai kitetsu.
