Yeah, if his power progress is as I suspect, he wont have major PUs which will make him strong which requires him to be strong enough already and everything else would be a minor improvement to even the odds and win.

Hmm sure why not. A bit busy with the mafia game and exams right now, but that shouldn't take long. If you have a rough guesstimate, at least in which arcs, that would be very helpful.
