The brazzilian fandom really deslikes carrot, i'm and other ones are the only exeptions
As I said, a short tenure doesn't = bad hokage.
Hashi handing out the bijuu is kinda bad. But he could handle them. And the reason for handing them out was to create a power balance. Do you really think the other villages would have sit back and watched if the leaf controlled all the bijuu? They would have all teamed up against the leaf. That would be a bigger disaster even if the leaf won, and would be entirely contradictory to the whole peace that hashi sought so much and worked so hard towards.
