Still not convinced. At least 4 acts is likely considering that when Luffy wins, a timeskip generally occurs to have him and his crew recover. Every act has been on a timeskip so I can see 4 acts at least.
A play being an even number of acts is very odd.

IF Jinbe vs WsW isn't over, then the argument that Act is when deciding matches happen (actual victories) could still be on the table. It depends on if Ulti and Page 1 get back up later, and if Oda spends 1-2 chapters on fights but doesn't actually end them until later.
It is either over or ending next chapter.

We literally have multiple main enemies down and people still can't tell this is the climax.

the best chapter and moment to end the act would have been when Kanjuro dies..

saying "How befitting of you to draw the curtains to my act aclose, afterall you were the closest to me on the stage ... Kinemon "

That's why I still think it can be 5. If Oda only shows the fights but doesn't end them, he can transition to Act 4 when the island crashes if none of the beast pirates are actually down.

I actually disagree on the Jinbe vs WsW fight. While yes, I expect them to keep fighting or it to end soon, it's not impossible for Oda to not end the fight and transition away from it, even if he titled the vs chapter. We'll find out in a day.
