Might be, but not always though. You can avenge people in different ways. Especially since it was made clear that Kaido is the big bad, iirc Shinobu stated the same.

And even if he were to kill Orochi it would prolly take a swipe and that's it. Nothing special to see about that moment. Hiyori and/or Momo doing it though, would be different.

Momo is a little kid. Oda wouldnt draw kids killing people. Meme was the only kid to ever kill anyone..and that just characterised her further as evil.

No it doesnt, hiyori was talking about her personal feeling on orochi not avenging yasu who she probably didnt even know that well.
Zoro clearly realized what oden and shinobu did which is why he went into the raid after kaido not orochi
