lets say there are 38 chapters to be covered in this year and my bet is that it is going to have 4-5 more flashback chapters and 1-2 intermission chapters and in 30 chapters alliance wreckage will happen. At best, Zoro could avenge Yasu in this year....Zoro wounding Kaido (if happens) going to happen in climax which I don't think will be this year....

Year of Zoro is inevitable, whether it is 2020 or 2021, depends on pacing and Oda's plan of how many chapters more he plans to spend on Wano. It depends on what the tragedy will be, whether it is actually a fail of the rebellion or Oden's death from the flashback.
One would significantly increase the duration of Wano while the other would significantly reduce it.
In the end, who knows, maybe both next 2 years are years of Zoro.
