Current Events The Supernova Have Been Fighting Hybrid Kaido and Mama for a While

great points man i noticed most of those things besides big mom now actually being on promtheus than zeus i had completely forgotten about that if anything its kinda showing that big mom and kaidou are in there strongest forms right now and havent beaten the supernova now the supernova seem on the backfoot right now but if luffy is fighting again than 10mins mustve passed even luffy comments how they been attacking both of them and each nova looks more injured and tired momo comments that luffy is weaken but spirits are higher than ever many thought that the novas would be defeated at this point but oda now introducing this plan of splitting the emperors up will probably mean there is no losing or any of them being knocked out until near the end of the battle...
Depends on what we call fighting.
From what we've seen this chapter,the emperors have been defending themselves against the Supernova strikes without seriously going on the offensive themselves.
Are the emperors serious? Obviously they are,have they been stated or shown going for the kill? No only defending has been shown.
From this point,anyone can let his imagination go wild and make up scenarios on what happened up there ever since 1003.
As for the timeframe of the off-paneling, basing it off Luffy,we can infer that attacking Kaido with atleast no G4(despite gaining back his haki) is just as retarded if no more,than thinking Luffy has been attacking Kaido despite being hakiless.
In fact,if Luffy had gained his haki back,it would have been shown or stated in some capacity this chapter. It is also in character for Luffy to stay busy in this kind of situations and keep attacking despite knowing he deals no damage. The situation is similar to what happened in 1001 where people were saying Killer's decapitation claw and Zoro's Oni Giri did damage to Kaido, which was debunked in 1002 and 1003.
Is Luffy retarded for attacking Kaido in base while Hakiless? Yes I concede that.
Is it in character for him to stay attacking while knowing he deals virtually no damage? Yes it is.
Unless Luffy is shown using haki or stated to have done so,I'm not ready to believe his haki is back,as this rooftop battle has already shown us to only believe what is clearly shown or stated (chapter 1000,1002 and 1003 for references above)
I prefer being a retard here and i'm concluding the emperors AnD Supernovae have been fighting for less than 10 mins and that not much happened off-paneled as with all the fights involving Luffy.
Next chapter will give us clearer insight on the situation.

You have missed the panel in Chapter 1001 where Kaido tells Big Mom :-"Stand back Linlin. I want to see how strong these brats are".
to which Big Mom replied :-"Playing with your food again huh?".
If Yonkos went full offensive then Kaido would have used thunder bagua on all SNs so far & not just on Luffy , he would have used Awakening etc as well. But so far none. Yonkos are fighting but haven't gone full offensive for now.

Yet Kaido went Hybrid and Big Mom uses all her homies? You make them look pathetic, lol. Although i agree that R5 haven't shown their best moves yet, but they already scared Yonko enough to make them use their best modes. People like to ascend Yonko onto Godhood, aren't they.

I see so that explains, luffy is like BB had 2 DF powers, one Gomu Gomu and the other is Plot Plot no mi the strongest DF out there..
And Luffy seemingly awakened Plot Plot no mi DF user to boot, his Plot armor unconsciously affects others around him..

I for one am not in the push the Yonko into the godhood camp coz this late into the series Luffy has to become yonko lvl within 2 arcs at max coz Prime Xebec,Prime Roger ,Prime WB were a tier above & EOS Luffy gotta be atleast on that PK lvl.
So i am all in for Luffy becoming Yonko lvl ASAP.
But the only thing is , mid fight analysis i.e. when the fight isn't over , ppl (including me) can get wrong impressions eg. Apoo vs Zoro & Luffy.
It's best to wait till the end of this arc. As for right now I do believe that the Yonkos have many more cards up their sleeves like awakening , them themselves using advanced armament or advanced conquerer's haki etc while the 5 SN are about to run out of anymore cards up their sleeves.
I think Luffy will have to awaken his DF mid fight & then Marco will have to reset both Luffy & Zoro(with enma & nidai kitetsu) & 5 SN + Yamato will then be able to take down 1 yonko kaido.
Big mom i think will be shambled off by Law & will be thrown out of the rooftop probably into the sea in the upcoming chapters.
If not then without Dragon & RA like third party's help 2 yonkos can't loose to the current level 5 SN.

- The Yankers want to reject the agenda that the Supernova have been holding of two powered up Yonkou for several tens of minutes.
- The Admiral stans want to push the agenda that Kaido can't defeat a hakiless Luffy.
