With the Dragon fruit....Vegapunk may have been experimenting on Mythical Zoans. So potentially he created a Suzaku Bird Artificial Fruit and mixed in with the Drug he gave to Sora.

*Plus I also like the idea of Sora and Vegapunk being siblings. Would explain why she would be with Judge, if he worked with her brother.

So if Sanji awakens such power, Queen (possible Vegapunk helper) would be important to explain to readers about the process of the lineage factor asleep in Sanji, Sora's drug and how Vegapunk made this change so that he would get emotions. So I think Sanji and Queen's interaction is inevitable, unless King is also some kind of scientist (which I doubt)

Regarding the lineage factor process, I think Ichiji and Yonji are paramecia powers, Niji and Reiju are zoans (electric eel and monarch butterfly).

Interaction ! not fight. I do think it would be good if Queen sees Sanji's PU and is amazed that its from Vegapunk.
