My arguments/assumptions about this panel from CP0 Discussion
1. CP0 know about Vegapunk use Kaido's lineage factor or bloodline elements to make a devil fruit.
2. We knew in the end, the "fruit" got eaten by Momo which is exactly looks like Kaido's Azure Dragon, but in this case the dragon is small and had pink color. I assume because Momo is still small too and there is a Japanese lore/myth that said Momonosuke is a Peach Boy.
3. "But according to G-5s Reports, one of the labs there was still functioning at the time", Vergo and Monet return?? @Akai2
4. Now i had assumption if Vegapunk and Judge succeed in extracting devil fruit power to be somehow inside Vinsmoke's DNA / Vinsmoke's Raid Suit.
5. This means Sanji's original power was invisibility because of raid suit and original modified DNA, but somehow Sora disrupted by consuming drugs.
6. This could mean the drug what makes Sanji had Diable Jambe ability(?)

Slight correction on point 4. Vegapunk and Judge succeeded in extracting the" Lineage Factor" of living beings not "Devil fruit powers". Vegaunk extracted Kaido's Lineage factor that's Dragon like thanks to his DF, and using them he made his artificial fruit.

I don't think Vergo and monet will return alive. I think the report was for the lab that Ceasar Clown was using in secrety that was still functioning even after Caesar unleached his chimecal weapon all over Punk Hazard when he was working with Vegapunk. But the lab is destroyed by now from the explosion that was caused by monet.

Yeah, I agree. Sora's Drug that was either made by her or somehow Vegapunk is potentially the origin for Sanji's DJ.

Yeah, that's @Chrono's theory. It's interesting but I don't think DJ has anything to do with Sora's drug. I can see Sanji awakening a dormant genetic ability though, be it invisibility or something else like a Zoan form (maybe your Vermilion Bird theory ?).

Let's not forget invisibility is a passive power while the other Vinsmoke children all have a destructive ability. It means Judge might have tried to give him an additional power on top of invisiblity.

The One Piece world has many fanstastical creatures that has elemental powers or even other weird powers like transformation etc... So it's very likely that the Vinsmoke powers comes from their lineage factor.

Yeah, Vegapunk is very likely involved in making that drug. My headcanon is that Sora was a scientist herself that used to work with Judge and Vegapunk on the lineage factor of living beings. The drug was her master piece that she kept hidden from them after witnessing their "evil" ways or something like that.

Judge used the Lineage Factor manipulation to imbue DF abilities within his children, without the drawbacks of the swim curse, or weakness to kairouseki. He was supposed to have invisibility, to match his suit, but Sora's drug interfered with it and somehow modified Sanji to give him the Fire power instead, while also keeping his emotions.

He was supposed to have invisibility, to match his suit, but Sora's drug interfered with it and somehow modified Sanji to give him the Fire power instead, while also keeping his emotions.

IIRC, there was a huge accident years prior to the admiral fight. When Akainu and Aokiji fought there, the island was supposed to be empty.
Ceasar hid there precisely for that reason. No one would think about looking for him there.
Then the G5 gets there, they see the factory working, and they report it. But the factory is no more.
The thing is that Momo's fruit was being kept there.
I don't actually remember how Momo got the fruit.
Did he find it by accident? Did someone give it to him?

CP0 dialogue was pretty interesting, bit out of nowhere but still interesting.

I think after Judge and Vegapunk discovered the lineage factor, they both wanted to implement devil fruits but had different ideas. Judge's idea was to do it from birth and Vegapunk wanted to create duplicate fruits since only one can exist at a time. I can see Sora, not wanting her kids to be robots, asking Vegapunk for a drug to stop it and Vegapunk using this chance to try the birth route and give her his own experiment drug. But then Judge's scientist reported Sanji was a failure and Vegapunk went back to duplicating devil fruits.

Man I can't wait for Vegapunk!

I don't actually remember how Momo got the fruit.
Did he find it by accident? Did someone give it to him?

He found it in a storage room and ate it after he was starving because he had refused Caesar's candy.

This is the kind of thing that really pisses me when people disregard Judge as just some random fodder.
Dude made things even more advanced than Vegapunk.
Both replicated DF powers. Judge managed to imbue it on people, while taking away the swim curse restriction.
Judge even managed to use the lineage factor research to create a fucking clone army.
Dude is legit as an evil scientist. He impresses me more than Vegapunk does.

now i assume Sanji's original power was Invisibility, but because of Sora's drug he have fire/diable jambe ability instead.

Vegapunk actually seems like a neutral dude.
He parted ways with Judge only when the WG targetted them and managed to capture Vegapunk. Judge escaped and continued with his research.
Funny thing is. People simply ASSUMED Queen was part of this elite scientist team because he mentioned Judge. He might just know Judge's scientifical prowess and is a fan. Not necessarily worked with him or Vegapunk. :P

Life is good: Modified DNA that gives his children some exoskeleton like freaking Weapon X project.

this could emphasize the "relationship" between Vegapunk and Sora. Sora is Vegapunk's sister/daughter? or Sora is a scientist too?

im pretty sure Queen is work together with Judge and Vegapunk. He is quite old too right, i assume late 40's.
